Celtic fans slammed their side after the 1-1 draw away to Suduva.
Olivier Ntcham’s third minute header should have set up a comfortable victory but as the game developed a familiar theme returned.
The hoops defence was static ten minutes later as Ovidijus Verbickas headed an equaliser unopposed as the defensive nightmare that cost the club a place in the Champions League continued.

Celtic continued to push forward with James Forrest, Callum McGregor and Moussa Dembele coming close but there was a lack of purpose and conviction around the Suduva goalmouth.
The Lithuanian’s had a little flutter of pressure midway through the second half but Celtic had the bulk of possession without looking like scoring.
A 1-1 draw away from home in a first leg tie is a decent result but it tells little of the story about a team that qualified for the Champions League group phase in each of the last two seasons.
