Steven Naismith will escape Scot-free for his actions against Celtic on Saturday.
The Hearts midfielder twice kicked out at a grounded Jonny Hayes then bent over to scream abuse at the injured player.
Referee John Beaton and his assistant David Roome both had a clear view of the incidents but decided that no action was required other than a ‘stern’ word with Naismith.

Earlier today it emerged that the SFA Compliance Officer was viewing the incident with an allegation that Scott Brown escaped punishment for attempting to elbow the on loan Norwich star.
It was a classic example of being seen to balance things out with a further leak tonight that no action will be taken against Naismith or Brown.
In May Naismith was given a two match retrospective suspension after kicking out at Brown in an incident missed by referee Bobby Madden. A similar kicking incident on James Forrest was ignored.
Naismith did pick up a second half booking for a kick at Jozo Simunovic.
