Steve Bruce is ready to turn to yet another player linked with Celtic to salvage Aston Villa’s season.
Last week Villa failed in bids for Scott McKenna and Harold Moukoudi after signing John McGinn from Hibs.
Following a promising start to the new season Villa have slipped to 12th place in the Championship after a 4-1 defeat on Saturday at Sheffield United.

Now The Sun has predicted that Bruce will send an SOS to John Terry to help out his defence.
The former Chelsea skipper hasn’t played since Villa lost to Fulham in the Play Off Final at the end of last season but will have his boots on this weekend for a charity match at Celtic Park.
There was some speculation that Celtic would turn to Terry during their recent defensive crisis but that appears to have been resolved with the signing of Filip Benkovic on loan from Leicester City.
