Nice guy Steven Gerrard lost his cool with Sky Sports when he was pushed to answer questions on refereeing issues.
The Sevco boss has delved into the Big Book of Ibrox Excuses since James Traynor fitted him up for a blazer and brown brogues.
On the first day of the domestic season Gerrard claimed that ‘decisions had been going against ‘Rangers’ for years’ which was quite a revelation for someone who couldn’t be bothered watching his side in three matches after being appointed in May.

Following the 1-0 defeat from Celtic the Ibrox boss quickly diverted Sky Sports viewers towards a claim for a free kick 80 yards from his goal line in the build up to Celtic’s goal.
Dermot Gallagher, Sky Sports in-house refereeing expert, reviewed the incident and explained that he felt that it was the Celtic player who was fouled rather than being fouled in the lead up to the goal from Olivier Ntcham.
