Brendan Rodgers has accused the SPFL of shifting the goal-posts for Celtic’s Betfred Cup semi-final against Hearts.
Last Thursday the game was announced to be played at Hampden on Sunday October 28 with a 7.45pm kick off with hoops fans booking travel and accommodation appropriately.
Yesterday the usual leaks flowed out of Hampden suggesting that the Celtic v Hearts match was being moved to Murrayfield forcing Celtic to write to the SPFL with their concerns over that outcome.

After a day of fake negotiations the SPFL has announced that the Celtic match will be played at a rugby ground two miles from Hearts home stadium. For good measure Craig Levein’s side used Murrayfield as their home ground for part of last season.
Celtic fans are now faced with an extra 90 mile round trip to finance Neil Doncaster and egg chasers or whether to stay at home and watch the match on television.
An official reaction from Celtic is expected later tonight.
