Steven Gerrard has spoken for the first time about getting sacked by Sevco.
The rookie Ibrox boss has been swept along on a wave of spin that has saw the gullible buy into his every move.
After the double disasters of Pedro Caixinha and Graeme Murty the arrival of a big name from England gave the Sevco support some glory to bask in, reassuring themselves that their club had some relevance.

Anything less than a win over Kilmarnock tonight will see further signs of unrest at Ibrox.
All those third and fourth place EPL medals that Gerrard picked up in his playing days won’t be enough to protect Gerrard once it becomes clear that there won’t be a title party at the end of this season.
Had he taken a more realistic approach to the job he could have bought himself more time but having wrapped himself in the culture of superiority he is about to discover that losers aren’t tolerated, especially when Celtic are sweeping up the trophies.
