Celtic’s supporters were last night described as ‘truly class’ by a Rosenborg supporter.
For the third time in 18 months the hoops support was called to venture towards the Arctic Circle and responded with great backing for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
Celtic’s european away fans are truly class you can’t really deny that, it was a great experience sitting that close to them for over 90 minutes pic.twitter.com/hwXsjpG2ET

Both of the previous visits had been in the height of summer, last night there was sub-zero temperatures to add to the £10 pints and other expensive joys of Norwegian life.
Tom Rogic replaced Olivier Ntcham from the team that beat Hamilton 3-0 on Saturday as Celtic dominated the first half, creating and missing half a dozen chances.
It looked like the first half would end goal-less but three minutes from the break James Forrest delivered a killer cross with Scott Sinclair nodding home the precious goal.
News of a goal for Salzburg against Leipzig late in the second half added to the celebrations with Celtic now just needing a point at home to the Austrians to ensure another away day after Christmas for the hoops and their fans.
