Roger Mitchell has been slaughtered on twitter for his incredible comments about Leigh Griffiths.
From his Italian base the former SPL chief executive has been moralising about the issues that have forced the Celtic striker to step away from football.
Where he gets his insight from is anyone’s guess because when presented with real issues at Hampden Park Mitchell would always sweep matters under the carpet.
I take it you’re fully clued up on what’s happening in Mr Griffiths’ private life then? And you’re boasting a degree in psychology alongside your “humanitarian of the year” award?

“siring” Nice, debase a man and his family to mere animals. If Leigh Griffiths does nothing else in his career his two goals against England in Hampden will make all of your professional achievements Lilliputian by comparison. Stay away from Scottish football you empathy vacuum.

This is the pompous imbecile who “chooses to live by a lake”! I unfollowed him a while ago when I realised exactly what he was!

Jesus, what an absolute wet wipe of a human being you are. I sincerely hope you or nobody you love suffers with mental health issues in the future. But sure you live by a lake and have a few quid so won’t happen eh!

Having anti-Catholic chants heard across national television every fortnight never brought a single comment while he ruled at the top of the Scottish game.
When token contracts were registered for Tore Andre Flo and Ronald de Boer in comparison to the deals for Chris Sutton and Neil Lennon Mitchell never raised an eye brow.
Had he done so the old Rangers club could have avoided administration and liquidation with Scottish football fans paying into a rigged game for more than a decade.
Mitchell, who claims to be a Celtic fan, hasn’t had a direct involvement in football since leaving the SPL in 2002.
