Chris Sutton has been a strong critic of Brendan Rodgers this week- calling out the actions of the newly installed Leicester City boss.
The BT Sport pundit likes nothing better than asking pointed questions with one face to face interview with the Irishman providing interesting viewing in hindsight.
As Sutton continues to ask the question over Rodgers’ commitment to Celtic the ex-hoops boss becomes more and more evasive.

Rather than directly answer a question Rodgers dips deeper and deeper into his clearly fictitious love for all things Celtic, citing Martin O’Neill’s five years at the club as a measure of his commitment.
Sutton continued to try and get an answer if Rodgers would see out the four year contract he signed in 2017, the closet that he got to a real answer was a ‘time will tell’ before Rodgers wandered off down the O’Neill route.
While Rodgers appears to have planned in great detail the quietest of exits from Celtic he appears to have under-estimated the degree of scrutiny that he will come under after almost three years preaching exactly what Celtic fans wanted to hear.
Most weeks at Leicester he will be now be coming up against opponents with equal resources. At a club that sacked their title winning manager within a year it will take more than a salesmans pitch to keep everyone on board for his great vision.
