Quinn is the nephew of former Irish internationalists Stephen and Alan Quinn and will move to Glasgow in January to turn full time.
Ireland has traditionally been a strong area for Celtic to recruit from with the club’s presence in Dublin uncovering Darren O’Dea, Cillian Sheridan and Richie Towell in recent times.
Tommy Caffrey and Barry Coffey are currently making their way through the top end of the Academy with the aim of being part of next season’s reserve side.
Quinn, a winger, is currently a member of the Irish u-15 squad, scoring the only goal of the game in their November win over Poland.
