Celtic will head to Estonia in the second qualifying round of the Champions League if they complete the job against Sarajevo tomorrow night.

Nomme Kalju were strong odds against qualifying when they lost 1-0 at home to Shkendija but this afternoon they travelled to Macedonia and pulled off a surprise 2-1 win to go through on away goals. Maximiliano Ugge put Kalju in front but it looked like they’d be losing out when Agum Ibraimi equalised for the home side.

In stoppage time Liliu popped up with a goal for the Estonian’s who’ll visit Celtic Park next Wednesday provided Sarajevo don’t turn around a 3-1 deficit from the first leg.

The draw for the third round qualifiers will take place in Friday morning, Celtic will be seeded and expect to see of Kalju but fell at the third round last season to AEK Athens on a 3-2 aggregate.
