With three days left to go till the English transfer window closes Celtic have been linked with a complex transfer triangle.
It involves Kieran Tierney, naturally, Rico Henry of Brentford and former Aberdeen loanee Max Lowe.
The ‘Tierney to Arsenal’ deal has become the saga of this window with The Sun claiming that once again the two clubs are close to agreeing terms for the Celtic defender with that agreement triggering a domino effect.
Despite the signing of Boli Bolingoli for £3m Celtic are apparently preparing a £7m move for Henry with Brentford in turn turning to Lowe to fill in for their Celtic-bound left back.
As Celtic fans discovered with the alleged interest in Tom Smith and Jack Stacey players outwith the top flight in England are still very expensive in terms of transfer fees and wages.
It seems incredibly unlikely that Celtic would shell out the same sort of money to sign Henry that they have committed to Odsonne Edouard and Christopher Jullien.
The guessing game is only going to get more frantic over the next three days with almost all Celtic fans hoping that the window closes without Tierney being involved in a funky Arsenal video producton.
