The SPFL website has taken two goals away from Vakoun Bayo!
Starting his first match as a Celtic player the Ivorian appeared to jointly score Celtic’s first goal after half an hour with Christophe Berra.
On the hour mark Bayo ran to the front post in front of Craig Halkett to put Celtic 3-0 in front with the softest of touches from the Hearts defender.
In his post match interviews Craig Levein seemed to take some consolation by claiming two own goals but that is now the official recorded view of the SPFL website. Strangely on their YouTube channel the match is headlined with ‘Bayo bags double for champions’.
Not surprisingly the Celtic website took a different view of things with Bayo credited with both goals.
While taking comfort from denying Bayo two goals Levein now finds himself installed as the favourite to be the first SPFL Premiership boss to be sacked. On Saturday Hearts are at home to Hamilton looking for their first league win since March.
