James Forrest celebrated his new contract in the way that Celtic fans have been accustomed to seeing- by putting the ball in the net.
The winger rarely makes a fuss over anything with tonight’s goal one of many that he has scored coming in off the right flank and tucking a low shot into the near post.
Timely James Forrest scoring tonight… Terrific loyalty to Celtic???

Earlier today Forrest put an extra year onto his hoops contract, the move was widely expected but just as welcome as he committed himself further to the club that he joined while still at primary school.
The first part of his Celtic career hinted at greatness but was regularly dogged by muscle injuries but over the last three years he has been one of the key players under both Brendan Rodgers and the man that gave him his debut in 2010, Neil Lennon.
Various wingers have come and gone at Celtic during the last decade but with 17 medals and now 82 goals for the club few players have matched the contribution of Forrest with much more to come from the 28-year-old.
