One video of Alfredo Morelos leaving the pitch at Celtic Park seems to be attracting more interest than most from those desperate for evidence of racial abuse.

Tagging the Celtic support as racist has almost been accomplished with Celtic’s PR team and club Executive’s taking a vow of silence apart from a nameless quote to the Glasgow Times.

Earlier this season UEFA twice ordered partial closures of Ibrox due to racist chanting, in Scotland the need to share everything involving the two major Glasgow clubs has never been greater.

Evidence of racist abuse of Morelos is non-existent. The one video that is attracting attention appears to have been taken from the media area at Celtic Park, presumably from someone that has the rights to film the action.

Situated to the right of the Directors Box the media area is not populated by Celtic fans, any voice heard in the video is as likely to come from within the media area as it is from a Celtic supporter.

The only rights holders to the fixture were the two competing clubs, Sky Sports and BBC Scotland.

Before the match the song banned by UEFA in 2006, The Billy Boys, was sung by the vast majority of the away support, fans who can all be identified by the Ibrox club. There has been no report of any action from the SFA, SPFL or Police Scotland.
