There was a flush of emotion through Twitter today as Celtic’s SLO shared a short video of the stadium.
There was no sign of the frontage or the pitch but two months on from the last home match it brough memories rushing back especially since it’s unlikely that there will be a home match in the next two months.
Between the turnstile and your seat isn’t the most spectacular of sights but it is an essential aspect of going to the game.
For almost 25 years it has been home, rising from the rubble of the old terraces to stand up green and proud, a very definite east end landmark that can be viewed for miles around.
This time of the year has traditionally been one of the busiest with trophies being dished out and season ticket renewals to be made.
There is still no sign of when football will resume but with an average of 2.67 points per match from 30 fixtures the board of the SPFL are expected to announce Celtic as the 2019/20 champions at stage in the next couple of days.
