Kris Ajer took a break from his training regime to go fishing- catching a ‘big un’ perfectly in front of the camera.
The defender has been back home in Norway for more than a month, sharing videos of his fitness work outs but also showing some downtime as he hit the water with rod in hand.
Ajer has been a mainstay in the Celtic side throughout the season, forming an impressive partnership with Chris Jullien as Neil Lennon’s side closed in on another treble.
Had the pandemic not brought football to a close the chances are that Ajer would have been at Hampden for the final of the Scottish Cup this afternoon.
The hoops should have faced Aberdeen in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup on April 12 but with three wins this season over Derek McInnes’ side the chances are that it would have been another win for Lennon’s side.
Ajer has been heavily involved in the last two matches against Aberdeen with Sam Cosgrove sent off in December for a lunge at the defender, in February it was Ajer that scored a dramatic winner at Pittodrie after running 80 yards before finishing with the style of a striker to deliver three crucial points.
