Celtic are in talks with a number of fan groups over the issue of Season Tickets.
The club has come in for criticism across social media for their business as usual and take-it-or-leave-it approach to the 2020/21 season which has no guarantees over when or if supporters will be allowed into matches.
June 30 is the final date for current Season Ticket holders to renew their books but with a huge percentage of the workforce on Furlough and a number of homes having more than one Season Ticket fans haven’t been impressed by the way that the club has acted.
We know a lot of our members, and other fans, are currently delaying season ticket renewals given the lack of clarity re value.
Various Celtic fan organisations are in discussions with the club re this and we hope to have an update next week.

The introduction of virtual Season Tickets was welcomed but the goodwill of fans is unlikely to stretch to paying £30 or more per match to watch on their phone or tablet.
Among the other SPFL clubs Kilmarnock and Motherwell are guaranteeing 19 physical SPFL matches on their Season Tickets.
Whatever number of matches are played Behind Closed Doors will be added as a credit for the 2021/22 season.
Celtic have made vague mentions of extra benefits and value for Season Ticket holders but haven’t yet come up with any details of what may be offered.
Peter Lawwell joined the board in October 2003.
His salary for the 1st 8 months was £166k (£250k p.a.)
Celtic T/O was £69m. Wages were £40m.Turnover last season £83m. Wages £56m. PL £3.5m
So turnover up 20%, wage bill up 40%, Peter’s salary up 1300%
For what exactly ?
