Despite all the complaints and exposing various conspiracies, after approval from UEFA all of the Premiership clubs voted to end the season based on average points per game. Even the club from Ibrox.
The new season may be just over three weeks away but the 2019/20 season looks like being remembered in the same warped manner as season 2007/08. Back then Walter Smith’s side got to pick and choose their fixtures with the season ending on a Thursday night but according to the deluded their club were denied an extension to the season. Never since has the SPL/SPFL season ended on a Thursday.
