There were scenes of chaos outside Celtic Park following the 2-0 Betfred Cup defeat from Ross County.
Even before the final whistle was blown hundreds of fans were on the Celtic Way to voice their protests against the board, Chief Executive and manager.
A dismal run of two wins from 10 matches that have saw the team shipping in more than two goals per game has left a potentially historic season close to disarray.
With fans watching from home there has been no physical sign of the anger shared by many fans but that changed after today’s defeat from a club without a win in the SPFL since September. Earlier this season Celtic won 5-0 in Dingwall but that was a distant memory as the final whistle blew tonight.

There has been virtually no direct communication from the club to supporters but after today’s result and the scenes outside the ground no-one in the hierarchy can be in any doubt about the strength of feeling from concerned fans.
