Celtic fans can still claim a refund on the four matches that they missed out on when the 2019/20 season was curtailed.

Very little publicity was given to the option during the summer when the season was ended with 30 of the 38 matches played.

A Celtic Season Ticket provides for 19 SPFL matches but the 15th and final home match was played on March 7 when St Mirren were beaten 5-0.

In May Season Ticket holders had to download then print off, sign and post a form to the Ticket Office before being refunded by cheque. No explanation was ever given why a simple Bank Transfer couldn’t be delivered.

Over the last week Social Media has been awash with the anger and frustration of supporters at results and the lack of communications from the club. Over 50,000 fans bought Season Tickets for the 2020/21.

After Celtic sources briefed Keith Jackson and Jim White on the back of the defeat from Ross County Peter Lawwell issued a 234 word statement urged fans to keep backing him without offering any explanation or solutions for a grim run of form that has included four successive home defeats.
