Diego Laxalt will be available at a cut price rate during the summer transfer window.
Celtic signed the Uruguayan on a season long loan from AC Milan at the end of the summer 2020 transfer window but after an initial run of matches he has recently been sharing the left back berth with Greg Taylor.
Laxalt is under contract with AC Milan until June 2022 but as he enters the final 12 months of his San Siro deal it seems like his parent club are keen to offload him.
On-loan Celtic left-back Diego Laxalt could be available on a cut-price deal in the summer.
There is no option-to-buy clause in his deal.
AC Milan valued him at £9m in October. But they want to offload him permanently in the summer and are open to lowering their price tag.

After his bright start at Celtic Laxalt has been off form recently and is unlikely to be a transfer priority for the hoops this summer.
While the fee will drop the player isn’t likely to drop his own terms significantly with his AC Milan contract signed in healthier times for players enjoying wage inflation.
After a full season of reduced income it is likely that many other players will be available at reduced prices as clubs draw in expenditure as they come to terms with the new normal.
