A Celtic State of Mind grows in strength as the outlet for Celtic fans to listen to, express and share the issues that matter at the club.
While Mainstream outlets provide pundits offering Crocodile Tears; the real issues, views and concerns about the club are aired without fear on ACSOM.
If Saturday afternoon at Ibrox was painful the aftermath has been at least the equal of 90 minutes of failure with the events of the last few days entirely under the control of the club.
From the moment that a picture of Scott Brown and Neil Lennon drinking poolside emerged it was clear that the Dubai trip was going to turn into a disaster. On Radio Scotland at tea-time on Monday Deputy First Minister John Swinney was able to question the validity of the trip that the Scottish Government had sanctioned in November.
Overnight the news got worse as The Sun reported Dermot Desmond being content with the performance at Ibrox and the season to date. That report instantly dashed any prospect of a managerial review or better still change this month.
It seems that no matter what happens no-one within Celtic is going to consider change- a change in manager and/or CEO.
The disaster that is Dubai has a few more days to play out with the club sharing the ‘hard work’ across Twitter. Other direct communication with supporters is non-existent and as meaningful as the pre-recorded interviews offered up at the virtual AGM.

True to form, they seem intent on riding this out, and have no intention of engaging with us as a fanbase.

If DD backs lenny hes backing lawwell so he’s part of the problem ? Its rotten from top to bottom time for change, if the 3 of them are true celtic men do the honourable thing & hand the club over to someone who has celtic at heart FFS have some dignity, im sure they made enuff £

The Board won’t change anything until it’s mathematically impossible. This has been a disaster of a season 19 points behind/out of Europe and out of the league cup. Not good enough

The club need to win back supporters confidence, else they’ll be forced to sell star players just to get by!
If they appoint a worthy manager & reinvest in the first team using fee’s from player likely to leave, then trusts restored, if not, this self serving board need to walk!

Of course, things might change when the Celtic aristocracy realise that if they want to reward a failing manager they’ll need to pay for it themselves. Celtic, the only club in football who will back a hopeless manager to spite their own fans. Embarrassing.

What a PR disaster yet again by Celtic. We knew in November we’d be 3 games behind. We should have got one of those games on this Wed and try claw 3pts back.

Lennon should have been removed after Sparta Prague disaster. This is now getting embarrassing for our club.
