Two more SPFL points were dropped at home to Livingston today to make it seven points shipped in 2021. In their run to last season’s title Celtic dropped 10 points in 30 matches, ironically five of them were to Livingston.
This season’s Celtic is barely recognisable to the one that lifted the title last season with massive changes expected before next season gets underway.
The league is all, but mathematically, over and the Scottish Cup is suspended, with the potential of it being finished next season again. The Celtic clearout might as well begin now.

Odsonne Edouard, Kris Ajer, Olivier Ntcham and Ryan Christie are out of contract in June 2022, with no sign of any interest in renewing their contracts they could all be on the move,
With Moi Elyounoussi, Diego Laxalt and Shane Duffy failing to impress on loan there isn’t much likelihood that the players or Celtic will continue talking over a move.
At the moment moving to Celtic doesn’t hold much attraction but for many fans a change of CEO and manager can breathe fresh life into the club with a new batch of players led by the likes of Callum McGregor, David Turnbull, James Forrest, Ismaila Soro and a few other survivors from a disastrous campaign.
