In an online poll of Celtic fans to find the next manager of the club the name of Ralf Rangnick would probably feature highly.
The 62-year-old German has built a reputation for understanding what makes a team tick, getting hands on and installing a system of success.
At Hoffenheim and RB Leipzig Rangnick has transformed clubs with an understanding of what is needed in the infrastructure to ensure improvement and success on the pitch.

While Celtic fans wait for news on a managerial review and the expected departure of Neil Lennon Chelsea have been a little more proactive.
Around 9.30 this morning word came out that Frank Lampard’s 18 month reign at Chelsea was about to end. An hour later Thomas Tuchal was the man tipped to take charge at Stamford Bridge, before noon Lampard’s exit was announced by the club.
Rangnick had been expected to take charge of AC Milan during the summer but after they finished the season in impressive form they decided to renew the contract of Stefano Pioli and are now challenging for the Serie A title.
