With no prospect of any fans attending a match in person this season JP Taylor (Celtic’s SLO) has stated that there will be no refunds on Season Ticket’s for the 2020/21 campaign.

Last season fans were able to claim a refund on four SPFL matches that weren’t played with the option to make that claim open for five years.

The small print was changed in the ticket for this season but that may be open to challenge with the marketing of the ticket highlighting the experience of attending a match rather than watching at home on a stream.

Added Value was promised on this season’s ticket but other than two Europa League qualifiers and a Betfred Cup defeat from Ross County that was already available to subscribers to Premier Sports there has been nothing tangible coming from the club.

Celtic could come up with some sort of imaginative offer to Season Ticket holders but there are many homes that have shelled out for more than one Season Ticket feeling that they have had little back in return from the club.

Selling Season Tickets for 2021/22 looks like being very challenging with no definite signs that anything more than a stream will be available next season.
