After whipping their deluded fans into a frenzy the club from Ibrox have body swerved the carnage inflicted on Glasgow city centre last night.
No stewards were deployed to break up law-breakers at Ibrox on Sunday, Steven Gerrard shared a video of his arrival, players ran to a gate to share scarves and flags with law breakers then hung out the dressing room windows to take their acclaim.
Speaking to the media afterwards Gerrard said that the law breaking was understandable. Throughout yesterday’s carnage there was no plea with fans to go home and obey the laws of the land.

While most of the media joined in with the celebrations, belatedly the First Minister recognised the stupidity of her congratulations tweet.
This morning she has the MSP for Glasgow Central to answer to. In the midst of her own political storm she has created another one involving her judgement, Police Scotland and a global pandemic that has killed more than 7,000 people across Scotland.
I share folks’ anger at this. Everyone has made so many sacrifices in the past year & seeing a minority risk our progress is infuriating & disgraceful. It is deeply unfair to the entire country, and the police have a hard enough job already. Please ask fans to go home @RangersFC https://t.co/haH5DAzhIh
