Celtic will face Livingston and St Johnstone in their post-split fixtures while making a second trip of the season to Pittodrie, Ibrox and Easter Road.
The fixtures are largely academic with only minimal competition for third place still to be decided with managerless Aberdeen looking unlikely to catch Hibs.
Celtic kick-off at home to Livi on April 10 which will be the third time this season that the two clubs have met in Glasgow, Celtic won 3-2 in September before a 0-0 draw in January when Celtic were without 13 players who were forced to self-isolate.
The fourth Glasgow Derby will be at Ibrox on May 2 with the SPFL season concluded away to Hibs on May 15.
Scottish Cup fixtures take priority over the closing weeks of the season with five rounds due to be played, Celtic will begin their defence of the trophy on April 3 or 4 at home to Arbroath or Falkirk.
