Ewan Otoo got a close up look at the realities of the professional game as he made his SPFL debut for Clyde away at Montrose yesterday.
The young Celt has been slotted in at left-back in Danny Lennon’s side and kept his place for yesterday’s match after making his debut in the Scottish Cup win away to Keith.
At Links Park yesterday the two sides shared four first half goals but don’t ask Tom Lang about the game quietly being played out. In the 88th minute he took a ‘head knock’ that is graphically explained in the picture below.

Otoo’s tour of Scotland continues with barely time for a training session, on Tuesday Clyde are away at Peterhead, on Thursday its East Fife before Saturday’s Scottish Cup tie away to Ayr United.
Next Tuesday the loan Celt should get the chance of a home game with Cove Rangers due to visit Clyde.
