John Paul Taylor, Celtic’ Supporters Liaison Officer was quickly informed of the ‘adverse’ reaction with the tweet being withdrawn.

In the digital age however the damage is done, the reaction is out there alongside screengrabs with the appeal of ‘a club like no other’ badly in need of rebranding and connection with its rather than customers.
