After the growing excitement of Thursday there hasn’t been much for Celtic supporters to go on today but one fan thinks that something is going on.
A blacked-out Mercedes was apparently spotted being driven into Celtic Park which in transfer terms carries significance.
After reports of talks in London between Eddie Howe, Dermot Desmond and Dom McKay a look around Celtic Park and Lennoxtown would seem the next logical steps if talks have progressed well.
Before his appointment in May 2016 there were no sightings of Brendan Rodgers around Glasgow but with a blitz of Social Media and in-house videos a new manager was announced.
Howe’s direct contact with Scottish football is limited although in Richard Hughes, Mark Burchill and Steve Lovell he can quickly get some opinions. He did take Ryan Fraser to Bournemouth from Aberdeen in 2013 but a lot has changed since his days in League One.
Until something official comes out of Celtic fans will be left interpreting pictures and other information as they put together a jigsaw to come up with the new manager. For now however it all remains guesswork as to what is going on in Celtic’s Inner Circle.
