Ange Postecoglou has made three changes to the Celtic side that beat Jablonec 4-2 with Stephen Welsh restored to central defence in place of Nir Bitton.
The return of Welsh will be welcomed by most Celtic fans who were left puzzled by the decision to drop him to the bench against Hearts and Jablonec.
Ryan Christie and Tom Rogic return to the side with Ismaila Soro and James Forrest joining Bitton on the bench, James McCarthy hasn’t been included in the 18 man squad.
After last week’s defeat away to Hearts Ange Postecoglou knows how important it is to take full points from newly promoted Dundee who opened their campaign last week with a draw at home to St Mirren.
A crowd of 24,500 will attend the match with the capacity raised to over 50,000 for the midweek return leg against Jablonec.
Paul McGowan, Cillian Sheridan and Paul McMullan are in the Dundee side alongside former Blackpool hero Charlie Adam.
