James Dornan believes that there is a long way to go in dealing with Ibrox racism after receiving a response from the club.
At the start of this week the Cathcart MSP spoke out about racist singing through Glasgow city centre and repeated inside Ibrox in front of the cameras of Sky Sports.
Last week the club was quick to issue a statement announcing bans for fans singing their racist abuse of Kyogo Furuhashi although the Season Ticket holders involved weren’t named.
That response was met with almost universal praise.
Identifying and banning those involved in the city centre march and Ibrox chants has been a slower process with action unlikely judging by the tone of the response that Dornan received.
The SPFL hasn’t commented on the singing at their ‘showpiece’ fixture.

Should display it for all to see. Then they might act on it.

Something tells me they adopted the ‘attack is the best form of defence’ tactic.

Why not be transparent and show it what is there to hide when it comes to tackling racism.
