One twitter account has brilliantly summed up the bizarre inclusion of Nathan Patterson in the Scotland side.
Against Israel last night the Ibrox starlet started his second World Cup qualifier of the season, which is one more appearance than he has made in the SPFL.
Stephen O’Donnell of Motherwell has been pushed aside to make way for Patterson who was given a Fixed Penalty and four match suspension last season for being a Covidiot by attending a house party while Glasgow was in Stage 4 of Lockdown.
Reminder that Aaron Hickey is tearing Serie A up for arsepaper but Patterson’s playing for Scotland because some helmet from the Daily Record gave him an 8/10 v Ross County

Hickey can play in either full-back position was included in the Scotland u-21 squad for last week’s match with Denmark but pulled out.
Eight months younger than Patterson he played in a Scottish Cup Final at the age of 16, soon afterwards he scored a last minute winner for Hearts against Hibs at Easter Road.
This season Hickey has made seven appearances in Serie A including matches against Lazio and Inter Milan.
Getting hyped up to f*ck by the same old cream buns in the media because the January sale is coming .
