Craig Moore is alarmed by Connor Goldson’s post-match comments at Hampden yesterday.
The 3-1 defeat from Hibs was painful enough for the former Australian international to comprehend but the after-match comments from Goldson brought a dramatic new twist to the result.
According to the former Shrewsbury and Brighton star there is a lack of hunger among a squad of players that have delivered ONE trophy since 2012.
That sort of attitude doesn’t sit easily with Ibrox fans who were sent reeling by Goldson’s confession that at 3-1 down the match was over.
??”The players need to show a bit of grit. You can’t win a title playing this way…”

There have been some post-match interviews come out that are quite alarming. Going back to James Tavernier’s after the first away game of the season – lack of hunger, lack of desire.
This coming from the players and for me that’s a huge concern. Again, Connor Goldson has come out with the same kind of remarks after the match yesterday.
Goldson is out of contract at the end of this season. Jack Simpson and Calvin Bassey are the back-up central defenders to Goldson and Leon Balogun.
Hunger soon wanes on a diet of hubris.
Did the daily ranger notice the bottles ?being thrown.
