Celtic are reported to be deep in negotiations to sign J League duo Reo Hatate and Daizen Maeda.
The hoops were strongly linked with Maeda a couple of weeks ago with Ange Postecoglou admitting that the January transfer window is the best time to do business with clubs from Japan.
During the summer the Celtic boss was involved in 12 signings with Kyogo Furuhashi from Vissel Kobe the most successful to date.
Postecoglou spent three years managing Yokohama F Marinos and seems quite clear on the type of players that he wants to bring in, if they make a similar impact to Kyogo then hoops fans will be well pleased.
As for Daizen Maeda, it has been confirmed that Celtic is in official negotiations with him.
