Ross County have had their ticket allocation for Ibrox withdrawn less than a week before Sunday’s game.

The decision comes as certain media outlets report on Celtic not providing any away fans with tickets for the January 2 Glasgow derby.

Since the season got underway there has been a number of issues impacting on away fans with Celtic fans missing out on the early season visits to Tynecastle and Ibrox.

Normal service has now been resumed but on Sunday no away fans will be inside Ibrox as The Sun reports:

The Sun reports:

ROSS COUNTY have denied their supporters a trip to Ibrox this weekend. The Dingwall outfit were due to receive 900 tickets for Sunday’s Premiership clash.

But the Highlanders have had their allocation withdrawn after insisting on a red zone behind the away dugout.

County want the area where their substitutes sit cleared to avoid any close contact with home fans in the West Enclosure.

As a result Rangers have had to rehouse a significant number of season ticket holders in the section normally reserved for travelling supporters.

Ross County are in action tomorrow night, at home to Hibs in their first match since their 5-0 win away to Dundee.
