Proud of you little man!!! Team mate posts his joy for Abada

He started his Celtic career with a goal against Midtjylland in July in front of 20,000 fans. 

Last night Liel Abada sent 60,000 fans into a state of frenzy when he put Celtic 3-0 up in the Glasgow derby with his 13th goal of the season. 

Momentum and confidence are as important as ability in football, without them all the talent in the world can be pointless. 

On Saturday against Dundee United it was Abada that scored the all-important 90th minute winner. If Celtic win the title this season that goal will rank alongside Tony Ralston’s 97th minute winner away to Ross County in December. 

Bitton has apparently been Abada’s minder since the then teenager moved to Celtic from Petah Tikva in the summer. Over the last four days the young winger has bailed out his experienced team-mate. 

Against Dundee United Bitton picked up an 80th minute red card but as he waited in the dressing room for the final whistle there was an almighty roar around the stadium. 

Last night Celtic Park was rocking throughout the evening with Abada’s performance against Borna Barisic responsible for much of it, the Croatian won’t look back on the match as fondly as his younger opponent.
