It was one of the most trivial matters of the evening- so it was ideal for Chris Sutton to go trolling.
During the second half Bobby Madden had angry words with a member of the Celtic ground-staff apparently about the ball-boys behind Allan McGregor’s goal.
It seemed that the veteran goalkeeper didn’t feel that he was getting the ball back quickly enough as he tried to drag his side back into the match after being 3-0 down at half-time.
I’m hearing Rangers have put in a complaint to the SFA about the Celtic ball boys and want the game replayed…

Ball-boys have a fairly subtle role to play in matches, this season at Celtic Park they seem to be very quick to get a ball in play, especially when Joe Hart wants to take a quick goal kick.
They may not have been quite as efficient behind McGregor but the Ibrox keeper and his team-mates have got bigger issues to deal with tonight.
As well as conceding six goals in their last two matches a six point lead at the top of the Premiership table has been turned into a one point deficit over four games. That stat will give Sutton plenty of ammunition in the days ahead.
