Ibrox chief Robertson faces another humiliating climbdown over Celtic tickets

Stewart Robertson is facing another embarrassing climb-down driven by the extreme elements of the Ibrox support.

On February 15 the Ibrox Managing Director gave an exclusive interview to Sky Sports during which he claimed that away allocations would be restored for the two remaining Glasgow derbies.

His explanation was riddled with inaccuracies with his club physically handing tickets over to Celtic last August then cancelling them.

Celtic then offered no tickets for their home match in February with almost everyone involved commenting on the atmosphere and the impact that created on the pitch as Celtic ran out 3-0 winners to go top of the SPFL table.

There will be away allocation for the next two games. Because of the C***d situation we had back in August the two clubs got together and agreed we wouldn’t have away fans, because we had red zones we weren’t sure what the C***d situation was going to be for that period of time.

There will be away fans for the two games remaining. It will be the allocation we’ve had for the last couple of years. Going into next year, and the succeeding years after that, as far as I can see it will still be at that level.

Influential elements of the Ibrox support on social media want to ban Celtic fans for the April 3 match at Ibrox as they attempt to even up the scores.

With the Ibrox PR machine tied to fan media sites it now looks like there will be no Celtic fans in Ibrox next month- clearing the way for Celtic to do the same when they host a post-split derby match.

I did not think they were that scared what’s banning away fans ,maybe they play with all their fans on the pitch . We don’t need our Fans there we will win it anyway .

With both clubs having in the region of 7000 tickets made the atmosphere unique I understand both clubs want to get as many of there own fans in attendance

The board at ibrox always cave in to the klan support over there.
What the klan demand they get as the board will always crack under pressure.
Remember with King CHISLER sniffing about with wee snippets interviews here and there the board are under even more pressure than before.
