Fresh from his horrific performance at Hampden Bobby Madden has been celebrating with his Instagram followers.
The East Kilbride based referee turned in an incredible performance as Celtic lost at Hampden for the first time in six years.
There was no dramatic penalty or red card decision but with Tom Rogic constantly fouled Celtic’s system of play was badly broken allowing the Ibrox midfielders a licence to do almost anything without punishment. It worked.
John Lundstram exploited Madden’s refereeing to the full with five or six bookable offences overlooked.
Rather than attempt to take a back seat and try to let the controversy settle Madden couldn’t resist an Easter Message. The celebrity referee also enjoys appearances on Open Goal with his good mate Andy Halliday.
