Anyone visiting Ibrox on Sunday would be left in no doubt that there was something called an Old Firm.Â
What the old Firm is in anyone’s guess, perhaps the firm that Her Majesty put into liquidation in 2012 when she rejected a CVA on over £20m of unpaid Income Tax and National Insurance payments.Â
The perimeter advertising boards displayed The Old Firm message with a specially constructed archway coming out of the tunnel reminding everyone of what they were watching. On Monday the archway was binned.
Going the extra mile some fans were handed Old Firm flags as they made their way into Sunday’s match.Â
