Assuming that they finish the job of winning the SPFL title Celtic will pick up at least £30m directly from UEFA for playing six matches in next season’s Champions League group stages.
The well respected Swiss Ramble Twitter account went through the various payments, making the calculation based on the hoops winning one match, drawing one and losing four group games.
Using the same assumptions as before, #RangersFC would earn £25m from the Champions League, compared to Celtic £30m, though their coefficient will obviously improve after their impressive run this season to the Europa League semi-final (and maybe more). pic.twitter.com/QvTMqgKV2S

The money from various UEFA pots will be very welcome with plenty of other income sources coming from reaching the group stages for the first time in four years.
A three match ticket package is likely to come in at around £100 which should bring in at least £6m, with individual match tickets probably costing £50 and hospitality packages that figure will increase.
Most of Celtic’s commercial and sponsorship deals are likely to include bonus payments for reaching the Champions League. Being associated with the Champions League is much more prestigious than the Thursday night Europa League.
Merchandise sales should also get a noticeable lift with Adidas kit likely to be even more popular as the hoops take centre stage.
Progress in the Champions League or dropping into the Europa League would bring in more income with fans eager to see investment in the squad as Ange Postecoglou gears up for his second season in charge.
If we assume #CelticFC win one game and draw another one in the group, they would earn €3.9m prize money. On that basis, total TV money would be €34.3m (£30m): participation €15.6m, prize money €3.9m, UEFA coefficient €9.1m and TV pool €6.8m less €1.2m COVID rebate. pic.twitter.com/1wka6LanU2

Maybe this’ll shut their gubs on the coefficient case.
Desmonds moustache will be twirling at the prospect. A tidy dividend coming up. The rest of the cretins on the board can look forward to getting their noses in the trough.
