Chelsea are reported to be considering a move for Josip Juranovic.Â
The defender joined Celtic a year ago from Legia Warsaw, although he signed a five year contract an offer above £20m with a massive hike in wages would be hard for Celtic and the player to resistÂ
Juranovic has constantly stated how happy he is with life at Celtic but playing in the Champions League for a London club appears to be a goal for many players across Europe.Â
Other than Jeremy Frimpong Celtic have struggled to find a replacement for Mikel Lustig at right-back but in Anthony Ralston they have a deputy that knows the Scottish game very well.Â
Chelsea considering move for Celtic’s Josip Juranovic, who is also on Man Utd’s radar.
Despite new deal for Cesar Azpilicueta – Chelsea want another right-back.
A new number 2 is also very high on Erik Ten Hag’s list of priorities.@90min_Football https://t.co/EUDpem2JKN

What should Celtic do with Juranovic
Keep at all cost, this is a vital season coming up
At £20m we have to do business- with replacement lined up
Bidding starts at £30m, not a penny less
Two years ago Juranovic was leaving Hadjuk Split for Legia Warsaw, with a regular place in the Croatian national side his development will be well watched by leading clubs across Europe.Â
Sorry mate but you shouldn’t be spreading these kinds of rumours which do the club or the player no favours.
No plans to sell, regardless of speculation. The new campaign has only just started. Let’s see where we are at the end of it.
Sorry, but if Cucurella was worth £62.5m then £20m is a loan fee, not a permanent deal fee. The guy is a full international (unlike Cucurella) and has won trophies. Cucurella is a very good player, but has had one decent season at an upper-mid table Brighton side and has one PL goal to his name against the poorest Man Utd side in decades. Juranovic is on a long term deal, we aren’t desperate for money, he’s exactly the sort of player we need with CL this season and his value could easily double with even a half decent showing at a World Cup that isn’t that far away. A keeper, for this season at least. After that, well, let’s see.
