Fabrizio Romano has claimed that a deal is in place for Oliver Abildgaard to join Celtic from Rubin Kazan.
The Italian is viewed as the Transfer Guru of Twitter and although his record is short of 100% he does have one of the highest strike rates on the internet.
Last summer he was first to link Celtic with a move for Rubin Kazan defender Carl Starfelt, with Sead Haksabanovic making his debut last night it looks like there could be a third signing on the way from the Russian club.

Last week it seemed that Abildgaard was on his way to joining Anderlecht but as that deal was falling through Celtic were completing the signing of Haksabanovic from Rubin.
Last night Ange Postecoglou refused to be drawn on Celtic’s interest on the Danish midfielder but with Romano on the case fans will be looking out for one more arrival in the final hours of the summer transfer window.
