Behind enemy lines- Ibrox executive is sacked after celebrating Liverpool victory

Oli Pfeiffer has left Ibrox two days after posting a picture celebrating Liverpool’s 7-1 win over his employers!

After just over a year as Head of Partnerships, essentially working alongside sponsors ranging from Castore Sports down to hospitality partners, the Liverpool fan is back on the market looking for fresh opportunities.

Pfeiffer could quite easily have sorted tickets out for the away section at Ibrox on Wednesday but sharing a post-match picture on social media demonstrates a special level of stupidity.

His sacking has gone down well on social media, getting rid of an underperforming management team is much more difficult and more expensive.

Yes, poor judgement on his part.

Can only guess at the level of vitriol directed his way – and to others at Ibrox.

He might be happier to be out of it – with a nice chunk of pay-off lolly in Oli’s sky rocket!
