After another embarrassing Champions League for his old club there is one certainty to follow.
Ally McCoist will be cracking jokes, gags and quips about Celtic. It is as regular as the midweek defeats for his old club.
Last night the former Rangers boss was sharing his wisdom on BT Sport, at 6am this morning he switched over to TalkSPORT, joining Celtic fan Alan Brazil and calling on his managerial experience of getting knocked out of qualifiers by Malmo and Maribor in 2011.
Listening in to the early morning banter, the Glasgow Times reports:

A victory by five goals over Ajax on Tuesday will see Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side win a place in the Europa League, with thinking like that from a former manager it isn’t difficult to see the problems at Ibrox.
If Celtic were enduring a run of five successive Champions League defeats with a goal difference of 1-19 it is unlikely that John Hartson or Chris Sutton would be seeking comfort elsewhere- not from a club with two draws in the Champions League and a goal difference of just 3-10.
There are plenty of positives that Celtic can take from this season’s Champions League experience, that will be the focus for Ange Postecoglou rather than a comparison across the city.
