Jambo jouno Ewan Murray has tried to take on Chris Sutton over the VAR farce at Tynecastle yesterday.
Celtic had two decent looking goals postponed without any solid evidence put forward while a clear handball was overlooked that denied the hoops a penalty soon after Hearts had equalised with their first penalty.
The Michael Smith handball decision has been slaughtered by almost all pundits not tied to Tynecastle but according to Murray a decision that VAR got right was a bigger outrage than the penalty that Celtic were denied.
This comment is embarrassing. A terrific game – which Celtic deserved to win – during which by far the worst decision was Nick Walsh’s failure to realise Hearts’ first penalty was immediately valid. https://t.co/477P3bq3Rc

It seems that the only social media interaction that Murray can get is when he goes out of his way to wind up Celtic fans. That might help with his Analytics as he attempts to get an online profile but it tanks the credibility of the Guardian who pay him a salary for his knowledge and insight into golfing matters.
In May 1986 Murray and the Penicuik Jambos took a trip to Dens Park, many believe that those present have never fully recovered.
It really wasn’t. Doesn’t matter how hard you try to make that relevant. The correct decision was made. The wrong decision was made against Celtic (twice) and you still got beat!

Probably.. the same as Celtic probably should have had a penalty for Smith handball. These aren’t binary decisions. The framing of “VAR versus Celtic” today of all days is embarrassing.

A horrific refereeing performance is undoubted but the fact of the matter is there were 3 stone wall penalty kicks in that game but only the two for Hearts were awarded. We can’t also can’t ignore Ralstons disallowed goal where the whistle was incorrectly blown early

Stick to golf or rugby Ewan as you are clueless about football

So not the stone wall hand ball or the phantom foul that Walsh blew for to stop a Celtic scoring opportunity. Both penalties were probably justified although you could argue Devlin went in studs up endangering an opponent for the first.

Ewan YOU’RE embarrassing ? blatant handball not given and TWO Celtic goals chopped off for nothing. Why are all Jambos greeting faced Robbie Neilson types? now that really is embarrassing ? I think the pain of 1986 is handed down from loser to loser ?

You all need to stop that BITCHING on here about those decisions we got bumped and CHISELED yesterday,it won’t be the first or the last the BIC FIX is on,intact it has always been on.
Get used to it because our BOARD will be doing Jackshit about nothing the middle of a doughnut.
The zombies on FF are SCREAMING for Gerrard to come back.
Sorry to sound like a broken record but every decision can be traced back to 2012 when a football club ceased to exist leaving behind a shameful mountain of debt which every media outlet had to report
Then by some miracle completey contradicting themselves by refusing to admit the truth. The most loyal people to the crown actually denied payment to the very organisatiion they claim to be the most loyal to it really os beyond believe.
There a valid reason why Murray does not get employed as a football reporter! A bit like why Jackson at the Record does not get employed as a political or financial whizz . Certain people in life know their capabilities !
