It doesn’t take much to get the staff at BBC Scotland drooling over matters at Ibrox.

Three weeks ago bottom of the table Dundee United crushed the Dons 4-0.

Yesterday’s Mills & Boon piece was put together by Martin Dowden who seems to have come through the same recruitment process that identified the talents of Kenny Macintyre and Alasdair Lamont.

  • John Copeland says:

When Celtic run up a score against domestic opposition ,the BBC narrative is always how bad the losers were and how easy they made it for Celtic . Then when it’s the tribute act who win their matches ,the talk from the BBC is how magnificent they were in doing so ! Nothing about how rank rotten Aberdeen were yesterday ,just how the Rangers ‘are back .’ Two faced becomes inadequate in the description .
