Celtic won their eighth successive SPFL match on the bounce to go nine points clear at the top of the Premiership going into the World Cup break.
Ange Postecoglou has used his squad depth to the maximum to cope with a frantic batch of fixtures with today’s scorers coming into the starting XI after being used as substitutes in the 2-1 win away to Motherwell.
Refereeing controversy again dominated the post match discussing with David Cancola giving County the lead from a ridiculous penalty awarded against Matt O’Riley for handball.
That incident happened in the 50th minute, referee David Munro didn’t require to check the VAR monitor but two goals in the space of six minutes ensured that no lasting damage was done.

Brilliant close control from Reo Hatate created the equaliser for David Turnbull in the 62nd minute, six minutes later Sead Haksabanovic showed great control to steer a low shot around Ross Laidlaw before being substituted.
With the erratic refereeing of Munro an equaliser was always a possibility but Celtic survived five minutes of stoppage time to reach the World Cup break well on target to retain their title.
